INSTRUCTIONS FOR POOL USAGE
All people, including children are required to shower before they enter the pool due to health and safety concerns of all children who enter the pool.
Use your hand sanitizer when entering and exiting the pool, not in the pool.
Do not use the pool if you have any skin infections, open wounds or cuts anywhere on your body.
Do not enter the pool area with slippers that have been used outside, unless they have been covered shoe wraps provided.
Do not enter the pool without a regulation swimming cap.
Do not enter the pool without the supervision of one of our qualified instructors.
All responsibility of any child entering the pool without the supervision of one of our qualified instructors will fall directly to the child's parents.
Running is not permitted around the pool area .
Pushing is not permitted in or around the pool area.

Jumping into the water is not permitted in a way that may disturb other people.
Jumping / Diving into the pool is and will only be allowed with the supervision and under direction of one of our qualified instructors.
Anyone entering the pool should eat their meals at least one (1) hour before entering the pool.
No jewelry will be allowed in the pool. Please remove all your or your child's jewelry before entering the pool.
We are not responsible or any lost, damaged or stolen items.
Please follow all the instructions given by the members of our team. If you are unsure of anything, please ask.
If you are late to your allocated lesson time, the lesson will be held at the predetermined time allotted to you in order for the next lesson not to be interrupted. The session will also not be extended.
The materials you will need to bring when you come to the pool:
– Babies : Special leak proof bathing suit, towel, shower gel
– Children : Swimsuit, slippers, regulation swimming cap, towel, regulation swimming goggles, shower gel
– Adults : Swimsuit, slippers, regulation swimming cap, towel, regulation swimming goggles, shower gel
Please note that all these rules and regulations are in place for the health and safety of not only ourselves, but for all our children and yourselves as well. All these rules and regulations are non-negotiable and are to be adhered to by all individuals who wish to use our facilities. Failure to comply to these rules will result in relevant action having to be taken.
